cleaned

What
do you
do with
the
waste?

customers
desired
location

Do I
have to
be home
when you
clean my
yard?
No as
long as
we have
access
to your
yard.
If your
dog
will not
allow us
to clean
your
yard, we
require
they are
in the
house on
your
scheduled
visit,
if your
dog is
friendly
and does
not mind
us in
their
yard we
will
easily
work
with
them in
the
yard.
Most
clients
with a
locked
gate
either
provide
us with
a key
or
simply
leave it
unlocked
the day
of our
visit.
What
if I
want to
skip a
scheduled
service?
Simply
call at
least
one day
ahead of
your
visit.
Do
you work
in bad
weather?
Most
weather
is not a
problem,
but
severe
thunderstorms
and snow
may
delay
your
service
until
the
weather
clears.
If we do
not make
it out
all week
because
of
weather
you will
not be
charged
for that
week.
How
will I
be
billed
for your
services?
You will
receive
a
invoice
by mail
or
e-mail
on the 1st
of every
month,
for that
month’s
previous
work.
Payments
will be
due on
the 15th
of that
month.
